What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your full name, organisation, e-mail address, phone number, reason for enquiry and the content of your message.
The form is not intended for patient data. Please do not include any information in your message that could identify a patient.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from receipt and are then deleted automatically, unless longer retention is necessary to meet a legal obligation or for a contractual relationship.
Recipients of data
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessed by our processors, each under a data processing agreement: Cloudflare (website hosting and storage of enquiries in data centres in the European Union), Resend (e-mail delivery of enquiry notifications) and Avalon (business e-mail server).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
