Service, training and procurement

The equipment is the start. Everything else is why you stay with us.

A device nobody knows how to use ends up in a cupboard. That is why every delivery comes with training, documentation and local service — no shipping equipment abroad for every small issue.

Service and technical support

Installation and commissioning

Set-up on your premises, connection to your facility’s network, calibration and a first measurement together on a real patient.

Warranty and regular service

The manufacturer’s warranty, with the option to extend it. An annual service inspection and calibration on a schedule agreed in advance.

Loan device

While your device is being repaired, you get a loan unit so therapy doesn’t stop. Availability depends on your maintenance contract.

Remote support

Phone and screen sharing for questions about software, protocols and reports — without waiting for a technician to visit.

Consumables

Electrodes, belts, silicone covers, springs and spare parts kept in stock, delivered within a few days.

Software updates

Notice of new versions, compatibility checks and help with upgrading without losing historical measurements.

Training and professional events

Training is not a one-off presentation but a programme: basic training on delivery, an advanced workshop after a few months of use, and regular webinars with the manufacturers.

Basic on-site training

Fitting sensors, running protocols, reading reports. For the whole team, with your own patients.

Advanced workshop

Interpreting findings, custom protocols, integrating measurements into the therapy plan and documentation.

Webinars with manufacturers

Online sessions with clinical specialists from BTS and CUREosity, in English.
